Calista is a well-balanced German new flower with impressive apricot, passion fruit and red berry (forest fruit, blackberry, raspberry) aromas and light grapefruit.
Calista is becoming increasingly popular among brewers, with passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry and rosin making it a real rarity in beer brewing.
Usually used as a low-bitterness fragrant flower, the bitterness is very clean and the aroma is widely used in Belgian-style beer brewing.
