The tradition is to cross hallertau.gold from a female parent to Mittelfruh, a male with the code name 75/15/106m.
The tradition has a very high quality bitter taste and soft aroma, is resistant to disasters and can produce a good harvest even in lean years. Aroma similar to Hesbrook, but more stable production.
The traditional aroma is floral and herbal, sometimes with almond, gooseberry, peach and earthy notes. Perfect for lagers, Pilsons, boks, wheat, and German brews.
