Galaxy is Australia's own - grown and premium hop. The mother is an Australian native and the father is a German scented flower, Perle, which was introduced to the market in 1994. Galaxy is considered the representative variety of Australian hop.
The Milky Way aroma is considered to be a combination of citrus and passionfruit aromas and is best served in boiling, swirl or dry.
Galaxy is well suited to brewing pale ale and has excelled in IPA.
