Developed from Tetnam, Germany, Paraci has moderate bitterness and intense floral, fruity and earthy notes. The brewing process takes advantage of its bitter taste and clean, soft aroma. Balasi is suitable for brewing English pale ale, and the aroma is outstanding for dry casting in American lager. Balosi to replace The Czech Saz and William Mette.
