1. Separation material parameters:
Beer, yeast content ≤30 million per ml, separation temperature: room temperature. After separation, the beer contains no more than 3 million yeast per milliliter. Or the total solid content can be treated from 1% by volume to less than 0.05% by volume.
2. Separation requirements:
Capacity: 8-16m3/h, except solids precipitated from yeast or beer. Lagers can handle up to 14-16 m3/h.
Environmental conditions and technical requirements
1. The separator should work normally under the following environmental conditions:
1 The ambient temperature should not be higher than 50℃
2 The relative humidity should not exceed 95%
2. Technical requirements
1 The separator shall comply with JB/T8103.1-2008 disc separator - Part 1: General technical conditions.
2 Spare parts and special tools shall be provided according to manufacturer's standard.
3 All valve fittings fittings adopt GB and CB standards.
4 The unit of measurement shall be the legal unit of measurement of the People's Republic of China.
3. Use user requirements
1 User: the operating water pressure for the separator is required to be 0.30-0.35mpa (with booster pump).
2 The user provides: 380V/30KW/50Hz power supply suitable for the separator.
3 User provided: the separator uses 0.15-0.3mpa carbon dioxide air source and 0.4-0.5mpa compressed air air source.
4 Customer: Reserve enough space around the separator for maintenance and assembly.
5 User provides: lifting facilities for the whole separator and the lifting of parts and components for the separator maintenance.
6 Users provide: better drum cleaning liquid and hot water (according to actual needs) and lubricating oil, etc.
7 Provided by user: better general machinery tools.
